We appreciate that the needs of our clients' are constantly evolving. TNS Media Intelligence takes pride in our emphasis on developing a detailed understanding of each of our clients' requirements. Our Client Services team works in collaboration with clients on an ongoing basis to ensure that we are always in touch with exactly what's needed to fulfil each specific brief as it develops.
Our provision of media monitoring services to clients is a partnership. At the outset, clients are assigned a dedicated Client Services account manager who will deal with any day to day requests or queries in a fast and effective manner. You will be kept up to date on the status of your services and will be contacted regularly to ensure that everything is running to your satisfaction.
Our Client Services and Production teams work side by side, communicating brief changes or feedback from the client to ensure an acute and intuitive understanding is held by everyone responsible for the delivery of your bespoke monitoring service.
Our affiliation to the industry bodies of FIBEP, IABM, UKMMA and AMEC ensure that these standards are maintained across the 24 countries we operate in.
